Hypnotic earns its name from every angle. This is a full custom Camaro built at the fabrication level that separates a real custom car from a modified stock one — mini-tubs for maximum tire width, a 9-inch rear end built to handle real power, and a flat firewall that changes the entire character of the engine bay.

Mini-tub work is one of the most labor-intensive fabrication jobs in the shop. It requires cutting, reshaping, and finishing the wheel wells to accept a wider rear stance while maintaining a clean, finished look inside the car. When it's done right — the way Mayne Designs does it — the result looks like it was always meant to be that way.

The flat firewall treatment takes every bump, bracket, and factory intrusion and replaces it with a clean, uninterrupted surface. That's the detail that builds shows finish in one look. Combined with the 9-inch rear and the suspension work underneath, Hypnotic is a full custom execution — not a parts install.
