These terms cover your use of maynedesigns.com. Mayne Designs Restoration ("Mayne Designs," "we," "us") is a pro touring and restomod build shop based in Northern California. The site is built and hosted by MAVTG Web Services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Information, not an offer

Build descriptions, specifications, photos, timelines and any pricing ranges on this site are general information about our work. They are not a quote, a contract or a promise that a particular build, parts package, price or delivery date is available to you.

Quote requests

The "Start Your Build" form is a request to talk. Submitting it does not reserve a build slot or create an agreement. Scope, price, deposits and schedule are set only in a written agreement signed by Mayne Designs and the customer. See our Privacy Policy for how form information is handled.

Photos, text and design

The photography, build write-ups, logos and design on this site belong to Mayne Designs or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. Copying, republishing or using the images or text, including for commercial purposes, needs our written permission. Customer vehicles shown here remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe its security, no automated scraping, and no submitting false or unlawful content through the form. The site records a small set of protection events, as described in the privacy policy.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites, such as Instagram and press features. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running but don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or current at all times.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mayne Designs and MAVTG Web Services are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Work on a vehicle is governed by the written agreement for that work, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
